21 Hey! I Know you!

So the LT's job that was part of Thursday, all day Friday and Saturday morning has now stretched into ALL day Saturday and probably Sunday morning as well.

On the plus side, he's walked into a job that no 2LT gets to do, and has been escorting high ups from the National War College in D.C. It's been an amazing experience.

Downside, we haven't seen him for 2 days. Yesterday he kissed me goodbye in bed before the sun came up, and I was in bed almost asleep when he came home.

Today is pretty much the same, made longer by some severe weather that is keeping the group from flying out earlier today.

He did however have about an hour and a half of down time so the girls and I rushed up to meet him for dinner. Clearly, they were happy to see him.
